This product has three modes US mode, EU mode and JP mode. Changing the mode means it changes the frequency range and the incrementation. If you need to go below 87.9 then use JP mode otherwise EU mode is good enough for most people. US mode is useless as it increments in 0.2 and has a range of 88.1 to 107.9 The advantage of using frequencies lower than 87.9 is they are not used hence as long as your radio supports it, you can get good sound without having to re-tune whilst traveling long distances. To change to EU,JP or US modes, Press function and hold the MODE button for 10 seconds and then select the required mode and wait until the frequency appears.
US mode 81.1 to 107.9 increments 0.2;
EU mode 88.0 to 108.0 increments 0.1;
JP mode 76.0 to 90.0 increments 0.1.

This applies to the following Griffin RoadTrip FM Transmitters
6195-RDTRPB; 4058-RDTRPB2, 5026-CRDTRPB, 6265-RDTRPB2

It seems Griffin have not published this information as it is not written anywhere in their documentation
